With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare across both Europe and the United States, Elke brings a unique and comprehensive approach to wellness. Her journey in medicine began in Germany as a nurse and led to her career as a Physician Assistant in the United States, where she continued her education, becoming a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), a Certified Functional Medicine Clinician (CFMC), and earning degrees in Natural Health Science and Clinical Nutrition.
Elke believes that education is fundamental to helping clients achieve lasting health because understanding the body empowers people to make informed choices that lead to greater freedom, vitality, and a higher quality of life. She is committed to ensuring that every client receives highly personalized, compassionate care through an integrative approach that combines Functional Medicine, nutrition, targeted supplementation, and ongoing guidance.
